I’ll get a critical error message in a green box that says: Start up menu and Cortana are not working, we will fix this for you upon next sign in, or something like that. Its not like i have to have Cortana, but i cant get to my main screen without it.
i am successfully using the Windows 10 operating system.but, (there’s always a but, lol) sometimes my start menu and Cortana doesn’t work.

I have the GeForce 6100 n Force 405 display.after i followed your directions step by step, and used the 64 bit downloads. I had Windows 7 and was also getting the error message for my NVIDIA system.
